Software Training Institute – Terms and Policies

1. Enrollment Policy

Students must complete the registration form and submit the necessary documents and fees before the course starts.

Course details, including duration, modules, and schedules, will be shared during registration.

Full or partial payment must be made at the time of enrollment as specified.

Payment plans (if any) must be followed strictly; failure may result in suspension.

All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated under the refund policy.

Refunds are granted only if cancellation is made within 7 days of enrollment and before the course starts.

No refunds for mid-course dropouts or absences.

In case of batch cancellation by the institute, full fees will be refunded.

Classes may be delivered in-person, online, or hybrid as communicated.

Minimum 75% attendance is required for certification eligibility.

Students are responsible for attending classes and completing assignments on time.

Students must maintain professional behavior and respect instructors and peers.

Any form of misconduct, cheating, or harassment will result in disciplinary action or termination without refund.

Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the course and assessments.

Institute reserves the right to deny certification in case of non-compliance with course requirements.

All course materials, videos, and code samples are the property of the institute.

Distribution, duplication, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.

Students must ensure access to a stable internet connection, necessary software/tools, and a computer or device.

The institute is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.

Personal information collected is used only for administrative, certification, and communication purposes.

The institute will not share your data with third parties without consent.

The institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
